Refund and Returns Policy

At Qultim, we are committed to providing our wholesale customers with high-quality women’s modest apparel. We understand that products may have manufacturing defects in rare instances. Please carefully read our wholesale return policy below to ensure a smooth return process.

Eligibility:

  • Only products with manufacturing defects are eligible for return.
  • The return request must be initiated within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • All products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels intact.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Please get in touch with our customer support team at [info@qultim.com] or our online customer support contact us page before returning any products. Provide your order number, details of the product, and a description of the manufacturing defect.
  2. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number. Ensure that this RA number is clearly written on the package.
  3. Packaging: Pack the product securely in its original or similar packaging to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Shipping: Return the product to us using a traceable shipping method. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, including customs fees. These costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund:

  • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to confirm the manufacturing defect.
  • If the product is found to be defective, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days, minus the shipping and customs fees.
  • If the product does not meet the criteria for a manufacturing defect, it will be returned to you at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products without manufacturing defects.
  • Products not purchased directly from our wholesale department.
